WORD 10-1-2007 - 9-30-2008 1.Providing support and assistance to the State Transition Coordinator.
2.Continuing outreach at conferences and public meetings through written materials, presentations and integration of transition materials into the agenda.
3.Identifying and conducting awareness activities within their own constituency.
4. Representing their constituency’s issues and concerns at the State Transition Team meetings.
